- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- You may receive a confirmation call/message before dispatch

- Major cities: 3–5 working days
- Other areas: 5–7 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
- Any promotional offers (such as free delivery) will be clearly mentioned on the website
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
- Please ensure availability at the time of delivery
- Orders may be cancelled if not confirmed or if previous orders were not received
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if applicable).
6. Delays & Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

- High order volume

7. Incorrect Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability:
- Courier may attempt delivery again
- Order may be cancelled after multiple failed attempts.
