Return and Refund policy

At Zarya Riwayat, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, to maintain fairness and prevent misuse, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Wrong item has been delivered

To request a return, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Must include all accessories (if any)

  • Clear proof (image/video) of the issue must be provided

We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color or design variation

  • Used or damaged (by customer) items

  • Sale or discounted items

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Replacement is not available

  • Product is confirmed defective after inspection

Refund process:

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Processing time: 5–10 working days after approval

5. Exchange Policy

If your product qualifies:

  • Exchange will be processed after receiving the returned item

  • Delivery time for exchange: 3–7 working days

6. Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping

  • If not, the customer may bear shipping charges

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
